This is an in person course over the span of 5 weeks, 1 week (June 3rd) is not in person, it will be for your midterm.

CLASS DESCRIPTION
PART I
Class 1: Playing with Ease and Love.....
Class 2: Laying of bowls on the body in sacred geometry & Group Healing
We will cover:• The history and different types of singing bowls• How to use them for comfort, love, growth, and activation• Basic steps in how to properly use a signing bowl with ease• How to incorporate them into meditation and prayer• An active singing bowl practice for groups• How to move energy through the body to clear, balance, and recharge• Clear emotions and pain from our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies
PART II
Class 3: Clear, Charge & Move energy with singing bowls
Class 4: Find stuck energy +Transmute it to flow +Chakra Healing
We will cover:• Different ways to harness spiritual and highly vibrational charged energy into our workplace, home, and in nature• How to vibrationally charge our food and water for better absorption and healing• Physical body placements, creating a grid, multiple uses and more• The difference between crystal and metal singing bowls• Hands on practice of techniques and modalities for your practice
