​In 2010 he felt a calling to step outside the typical music gigs and look for something deeper. This led to a soul quest through Mexico & Guatemala to visit the temple pyramids at Palenque, Tulum and other sacred sites in 2012 during the end of the Mayan calendar. He studied with local Shamans and was reintroduced to sacred sound & music through multiple types of indigenous ceremonies. He began deep studies in sacred music, sacred geometry, and indigenous theories.

Upon returning he then continued expanding his healing technologies.

+ Started a Full time Sound/Music therapy practice in the PDX Area (2017) 

+ Devolved a Vibro-Acoustic Sound healing course "Vibrational sound table Therapy by"(2018)

+ Certified Recording Engineer from Global Institute(2020)

+ Opened a Sound Therapy and Musial Instrument Store "Nwsoudhealing.com" (2021)

Chaz currently works at Northwest Sound healing & Musical instruments sharing the world and history of musical instruments. Managing the purple lotus recording studio within, he works with different types of medicine music, sound healing artists, spiritual pop & electronic music, ecstatic dance, and bio-healing frequency music.
